I received a PM from a poster that said they got 10.00 to throw in.

The PM also asked where or what I wanted it to go.

Here is my response.

I do not care what is is spent for.  I just want it to ber for a deserving/needing family/person

Personally I do not want to know who it goes to.  Just that there was a need and this helped.

Looks like we are up to 350.00.  If we can make 400.00 maybe two families can be helped.  Just an idea.

No halo here it is just something that me and the wife do.  Kinda like a hobby.

Krol thinks Rusty has a halo! Somehow I just can't get that picture to focus. I CAN envision that his devil horns have grown so long, though, that they appear to form a circle.... I think Rusty has been studying my good karma theories, and decided that he'd better hurry up and get himself right with the universe to make up for near 50 years of meanness and debauchery. Well, he's off to a fine start. He's a good ol' boy, and he's probably got enough time to atone for the hell-raisin' life he's led. I bet those habe's caused him to see the light. J/K

That is true about the church thing...but I know how i would feel to have a lump some like that with no strings attached dropped in my hand at this time of year....and some people fall through the cracks sometimes....maybe pay a gas bill or electric....when they can't get help....People always seem to get the food thing but it those extras in life life utilities that you just can't get the money for..or maybe a xmas shopping spree for their families....with no guilt attached.  I know last year the Marine Corps Toy for Tots helped some one I know it was so wonderful.....These are just my thoughts.

You can sometimes call the schools also and they have names of family's that are in need of a Hand Up....... just a thought. Some of the school clubs like honor society and others raise moneys at the ball games for such causes....
