Try going into Profile>Edit and insure that the box:

Comment follow-up notification settings

is turned on. Mine is not and I don't see anything!

there's another module that's more involved. no time to mess with it yet, though. like i said, i don't like that you don't seem to be able to unsubscribe either... may just turn it off for not later tonight and call it a beta test. ;)
