if we use Cafe Press (or other printers) we might not be able to use names/logos/trademarks, etc.

Ideas are great. Keep them coming. Maybe I'll set-up a poll... although w/cafepress we can make as many designs as we like. Heh. A shirt by everyone for everyone...
