Welcome to the Anderson Free Press forum. Before I begin, I would like to point out that I'm no Buckwheat, contrary to what you might have heard. You asked, " Is it true that salmon patties are both delicious AND nutricious?" All of my research indicates that they without a doubt, they are natures perfect food. I enjoy their taste, texture and smell as well. Another great thing about salmon patties, I think we can all agree on, smelling salmon on a young ladys breath is a good thing...unless she's ugly.
In closing, yes salmon patties are both delicious AND nutricious!
