Monday Monday Monday!  It is a bit chilly out, but overall not going to be a bad day!  Another day, another workout too!  Today will be a group strength class.  In the nation-wide program I'm in, I have to lose 2lbs every two weeks.  I thought that sounded pretty easy but I'm thinking at the end I'm going to have to really change up what I'm doing so I don't plateau.
