I play an online game that slows down quite a bit when a lot of other people are online in the same area of the game. A video card isnt a cure all but it will help.

Adding RAM would be a cheaper try but your processor has a lot to do with it instead of the video card.

From the looks of it i need  PCI express card. Im looking at the specifications for the model and under graphics it says pci express 16, not sure what the 16 means. Not finding any video cards on amazon with that number at the end. Im a retard when it comes to video cards.

Yep it will be a PCI card and more RAM is always better but wont speed up your game site though.

I would look at Nvidia site or try Tiger Direct

I know very little about the effects of upgrading the video card and how it will impact your online gaming experience, however I CAN share this.  I have a brother-in-law that uses Tiger Direct (has for years) and he swears by them.  He has had few (if any) quality, delivery or return issues and he says that their delivery times are excellent.  They also have an online bidding system (I guess similar to Ebay and others) that he uses and he claims to have saved tons of money.  Hope that info is of some use to you.

Why do they call it "Common Sense" when so damn few people have it?
