I have Ran across This Roofer Rob by accident at a Gas station.. we spoke briefly.. Not all his Ideas were out of sync.. don't know any past there though ..
IMO.. I Think that a town, or City needs to be run like a business.. Your either successful or not.. it does not seem to be working well in the present.. Only lived here a few years and have watched many buildings empty out, or close in that short time..
It is not all Ockmons fault, Nor all the doings of Kevin Smiths prior stay of office.. this has been a ongoing entity, happening for many years.. Any Pimple will eventually come to a head then burst.. Just matters who is in office at the given point, then people like to point fingers & place a blame..
It is not length of life, but depth of life. Ralph Waldo Emerson
How a Man plays the game shows something of his character How he loses shows all of it..
When the factories in this town were still humming, the revenues they generated for the city and its residents covered over a lot of flaws and glitches. Now that that income is gone, we're seeing Miss Anderson without her makeup.
The average age of the citizens of Anderson is 55 and over, Whoever decides to run needs to address this, We need younger families who would love to live here and it needs to be affordable. At this point I do not think that Kris O or Kevin S is a good one to run. We need someone who runs a buisness and is very successful at it. The ones that have come from the police depts do not seem to have the best knowledge of how to turn this mess around. plus Smiths little fit that he threw when he lost was very embarassing. and When it took all the petitions and the calls to the mayors office regarding the waste plant that Kris first thought was a great idea for him to change his thoughts on the matter, it took him about 6 months or so. If he would have done the research on this he would of said no in the beginning
Might as well. Would be even more entertaining, especially if Roofer Rob runs again.
I think sometimes Rob gets a bad rap... Of course, I wasn't in town for the bus statement, etc last time around...

Perhaps wildkat only counted the nursing home residents.
No, it's just someone having an false perception and putting it out as fact to support their opinion.
