Rummage Needed

Madison County Humane Society is having a rummage sale to benefit the shelter. At this time they need things to sell so if anyone has gentle used clothes or househould goods here are the numbers to call: 643-9047 from 8a.m. until 1p.m. and from 2p.m. to 7p.m. call the cell of 602-4013 and leave a message and she will get back to you. They sale will be 8a.m. to 5p.m. on 10/31 and 8amto 12p.m. on Nov.1st. I will post the address later as it is on W 53 where it was last time. They Humane Society gets no help from the city all they survive on is benefits and donations to keep open to save animals. You can PM me if you have any questions.

Is that the old Best Feed Store? You could drive through and get salt for the softner and pet food. They would put it in your trunk and everthing

No you are too far east. This house is across MLK and the RR tracks west of MLK on the North side of the street. I am sure they will have signs out.
They do put up signs, very easy to find. Go out 53rd street like you are going to Lapel, once you go through the light at MLK, over the tracks, it is right there, on the right, if it is at the same place as prior sales.
Thanks for getting involved, CF. It's that time of the year to clean out the garage and closets and there's always stuff that has value that we don't use any more. We'll be there to donate. Thanks, again, for doing for others, especially those that can't do for themselves.

Yes it is the same place. They have since built a pole barn and will have it inside there. During the last one they had it poured rain. Can rain this time but nothing will get wet nor will the people who are shopping. Prices are right.
I forget what we bought, I am sure it was something my son really really needed, lol! I did not care, as it was helping a good cause!

Just a reminder the Humane Society rumage sale is sat. 10/31 from 8 to 5 and Sunday 11/1 from 8 to 12. It is a good cause to help keep saving the animals.
Hope everyone can make it, as it is inside the pole barn. So if it rains you can still shop and they have things as little as 5/10 cents. They need every penny they can get as donations are down due to the economy.
