November is here and it is a time to look at how blessed we are! I am thankful for a loving wonderful husband I am thankful for my Grandchildren who are healthy and beautiful I am thankful for my job I am thankful for the fact that we live in a free country for now I am thankful that we can choose to worship I am thankful that Jesus died on the cross for my sins I am thankful for my friends and family I am thankful that I have a home, and food, and clothes to wear I am thankful for the love of a sweet little dog I am thankful for the new friends that I made at AFP I love this time of year, my prayer for all of you is that you will have love in your home, and food on your table and a warm place to lay your head. I pray that when you see someone in need that you will reach out, and help it doesn't have to be money, it could be a helping hand, or a kind word. May God Bless all of you even the ones that Like to argue with me |

Great. Now I have to make up some stuff, but thanks for the warning.
Truth be told I haven't got a very large list this year; between the economy, the job market, and the tanking of the financial district, I've been pimp slapped like the naughty prostitute life seems to think I am. . . or the government. . .or the city. . . Hell, take a number!

i am thankful for so many things. number 1 is thank God sam did not dies may26,1999 of the ruptured brain aneurysm he had. number 2 i am thankful i beat breast cancer in 2006 and did not die from it. i am thankful we still have a home when so many lost theirs. i am greatfull God made us and Jesus saved us.

you know you have more to be thankful for that you realize, Do you have a place to live? Do you have your health? How about your family, or children. Do you have friends? Do you have a car that runs? Do you have a warm coat to wear, and gloves this winter? All we have to do is look around at how 3/4 of the world lives and even tho the economy stinks, and our money is disapearing quicker than we can make it , it seems. We really still have it pretty good. Some times my husband talks about going back to the good ol days, He grew up in a coal mining camp and he had 8 sisters and a brother. I explained to him that I would be happy to go back, but I needed central air and washer and dryer, and microwave then count me in. We all have been pretty spoiled. I pray that 2010 will be better for you
Jackie anyone who meets you and Sam will see two people that have a great outlook on life, Your life has been altered but you both just keep moving forward. I count it an honor that I met you and Sam and your sister too. I am thankful that we are new friends
