 His mistake IMO was going after Neal and shutting all the bars down. A lot of people suffered and Cummings paid a price for it.

That's not his mistake, that was Neal's mistake.  Rodney did his job and he paid for it.

 Agreed it was Neals mistake. Just saying, how long had he been in business and under how many administrations. They knew about him the whole time  and didn't bother him. He## half of them drank and gambled with him. RC stepped on to many toes with that one and he paid the price. I like him and would vote for him again.
