2010 Superbowl Ad's

It appears AFP may need some better system to go through the volume of information that's posted on a daily basis.

I've always wondered if a "you may find this thread interesting" section on the homepage with "hand picked" threads of interest highlighted. Or maybe a thread with weekly highlights or something. Just tossing some ideas out there.

KP, not sure how you would do it but it does need done. For example, there are only about 4 topics that Im remotely interested in and most deal with my profession, the rest.......not much. So I dont look at the other stuff that doesnt apply to me (or appeal to me) Sorry about the double post, delete it if you want.

Oh not a problem. It's actually come up twice very recently, which is why I brought it up.

We do have the 'watcher' that is basically a bookmarking system. You bookmark only the threads you're interested in. In the first post of threads, there's a "watch this" or similar link. Then, at the very top of all pages on the right, there's a WATCHER link that shows you what you're watching - ie what you've bookmarked.

Give that if a try if you haven't. Although, that wouldn't really help with the double posting. I doubt there are many who keep up with all the new posts.

I kinda like the idea of a weekly highlights thread or something. I'll give it some more thought, though.
