Democrats are grieving today. Ethical questions often shadowed his congressional service, but it's going to take a lot more than a few payday loans worth to get someone into office that will be equal as John Murtha. It is certainly a blow to the Democrat side of Congress to lose John Murtha. John Murtha, or Jack Murtha as he is nicknamed, was a great Congressman for Pennsylvania in a lot of ways, even if he was a bit controversial. He did ok a lot of spending, though he sought to get a fair share for his constituents (fair enough) and he was certainly one of the leading critics of the Iraq War. Hopefully he can rest in peace.
