For anderson, the Payless on Cross/Scatterfield makes sushi fresh daily and reasonable. Schwan's home delivery also has two differest types of sushi that is decent. I want some sashimi and there is no where in Anderson that has any.
Agree with Colts Fan. Also there is a place on Carmel Drive just west of keystone named Vine and Table that makes it fresh to order. This is the old Kahn's liquors. Gourmet food one side, wine on the other. The rest of the food is great too and the cheese they have is wonderful.
Hoosier park has a place I think...I am not sure I have never been but I read about it someplace. but then it might be closed..lol anyone visit the race track?

I still want some sashmi and there is no where in Anderson to get any. When you lived in Hawaii from 69 to 76 you learn to eat all the things. I love both my sushi and sashmi. I would about kill for some sashmi about now, but dont do the Indy thing.
You just don't know the better things in life. Don't knock it til ya try it. The way I learned to eat all the local food in Hawaii was not ask what it was until I tried it. If is good and then tehy tell me raw fish who cares if it is good.
Sushi is best when its on some one else's plate,ha ha ha.
I'm with you SpaceMonkey, never been a big sushi eater. Everytime someone mentions sushi, I think of a line from a movie (or a comedy routine) where one guy asks another guy, "Do you know what they used to call sushi in my neighborhood?" The answer is "Bait!"
Why do they call it "Common Sense" when so damn few people have it?

Ha... I learned this from my buddy Colts Fan....sushi is RICE and so sushimi is the bait (raw fish) you are talking about...

Do you guys even know what sushi is? It is rice in a piece of sea weed with veggies in the middle. Sashimi is the raw fish. Get it right. LOL
