ok...can anyone answer this..
what does NCS or NCF mean when an officer tells dipatch they need one? Not really sure if they are sayin F or S though. I know that a 29 is a warrant check and they usually ask for a 20 and a "whatever they are saying"....

was headed south on Madison ave just past 29th when I saw a mo ped stuffed up into some weeds and bushes and such. By the time I came north on Madison to head home (was gonna report it) APD was already on site... good job, as always!!
