just a guess, Two trucks were 10-7 (out of service) because of Applewood and the Speedway 4th of July display. (they were standing by, in case of something went wrong)
The truck you saw,,, was covering for one of those trucks out of service. Where ever they were going they had alot of time to make up. (Again, just a guess)
