Wow. What a crazy few weeks.

Anderson Free Press Print was distributed at the midnight parade last night. I personally handed out around 500+ copies. (Yes, I'm sore this morning...)

It's small, light, but I like how it looks.

In two weeks, 17,000 will be mailed out to the 46011, 46012, and 46044 zip codes. Hopefully, this will let a lot more people know about Anderson Free Press and what we're doing.

Meanwhile, it's time for me to put on my circulation and advertising hats. If you have ideas on where we should distribute the remainder of the papers around town, leave a comment or PM me. If you know someone who wants to buy an ad in the print edition, PM or email me.

There's still a lot to do, but another milestone has been reached.

I'd love to know what you think.

Your friendly neighborhood publisher,
K. Paul Mallasch

Heh. I have too many hats!

There's two typos at least that I've found so far that somehow slipped through - maybe working with so small proofs with tiny text?

Anyway, 10,000 AFP Points for each one pointed out in a comment below.

D'oh.

Live and learn.

Wait, I did it on purpose so we could have this little contest for aspiring editors. Yeah, yeah, that's the ticket... ;)

I wonder how many people on this forum besides myself and just4fun have a copy?

Yep, I made sure I set one aside before you walked out the door with the remaining copies. ;)
