I was at an IHOP once that had just opened in Muncie and the manager was talking to everyone that was walking out to ask about their experience. I said, "Well, it was good, but I have one complaint..."
"What's that," he asked, ready to make it right.
"All throughout my meal, I kept getting huge wafts of second hand fresh air from the non-smoking section..."
It took him a full thirty or so seconds to realize I was joking and crack half a smile. Heh.
