Come on, isn't anyone going to say what was going on tonight on Columbus almost to 38th Street, went over to my parents after church, had to go the long way because you could not get through, there were at least two APD cars, an ambulance, Fire Chief, and two other fire vehicles (not firetrucks). Came home, still two APD cars and the Fire Chief, any ideas?

Got my scanner on, it appears that shots were fired at Tilt and Cue, then the suspect took off past DQ and into the apartments at 53 and Madison, they found the person shoes, but no suspect yet. I thought they may have said someone was shot, but was conscious and breathing, but that may have been something else, I will keep listening for a little bit.

I am pretty sure that I did hear that someone was shot now, because a medic just let the hospital know that they were bringing in a 21 year old male, shot with a 22, no exit, awake and conscious
It sounds as if APD has found the suspects car, I think they know who the shooter is, just have not located him, YET!

It took us forever to get home had to stop almost every block. at least not at my neighborhood tonight...But talk about fast...

APD is asking for the lab to go to the original scene, also asking someone to bring crime scene tape to Tile and Cue. Also needing an officer to go to the hospital for a witness statement.

They have the weapon, I feel a little better knowing that suspect is no longer armed, hopefully.
