A big shout out to all the instructors and parents that gave of their time to train these young minds and bodys. It takes a lot of work on everyones part to put something this big together. Team work....I think Madison county should be really proud of all its participants. One positive is if you noticed almost all the schools participating moved up this year. Good job.

Well, if you just read the HB, you would barely know that any Madison County band other than Highland was there, but they were, big time!
AHS won 10 place over all last night. Those kids really rocked it out! I am so proud!
In fact I am proud overall. 5 of the Sweet 16 bands were from Madison County! Almost a third of the top marching bands in the state! 4 of them are significantly smaller than the "major players" down there (large bands like Highland, Muncie South, Richmond, Jay County...).
Anyway, WOOOHOOOO! Congrats AHS, Frankton, Lapel, PHHS and Highland! You guys ROCK!!!
