Perhaps we could coordinate a fundraising effort with several forums? On the plus side for each, it would be good advertising and make a little news. Finally, forums cooperating for a *good* purpose. Anybody game to spearhead the effort?

I posted it on the Meridian forum, Bard. Hopefully, some folks will respond, although it's kinda doubtful. I hate to say it but the response would probably be higher if the young man was white. That's the way it is around Mississippi still. :o(

According to the news the football team had raised about $3000 but that was before the game was even over. Good Job AHS football team, and all the caring people at the scrimmage tonight.
