From my understanding Judge Spencer was NOT pleased with Mike Casuscelli and councils failure to have the subpoenaed documents. Apparently they thought the Judge had to say, "pretty please" before they needed to comply. Another date has been scheduled and "the documents will be here."
Not a good day for Mike and company!

For us non Andersonians, does this have an bearing on anything/anyone we may know from here, the HB (I think those are the right initials) or HeyMartha? What is a brief synapsis of the trial? What was suppose to be in the production? Thx
