City Council and the proposed Smoking Ban

Hey Salmon - do you have a contact email for that group? I want to see if I can repost their info here and let them know about the site. Thanks!

It's not a group, it's an individual. You have permission to post it on the site. I made him aware of the site during our conversation yesterday. Now how bouts throwin Ole Samon some of them there AFP shekels!

Where are the Global Warming & Tree Hugging contingent?? They should be outraged by Salmon's lack of disregard for the dangers of second-hand smoke!
I have spoken!

Yo, Irish, even us libs don't like unnecessary government intrusion. I'm for the government staying out of private enterprise, except for when it comes to making sure my food ain't got no critters in it. So there!

I really enjoy going out to eat in Indy, I never have to be asked smoking or non, they just ask how many. No second-hand smoke, and since my son has asthma I appreciate that.
As we grow up, we learn that even the one person that wasn't supposed to ever let you down probably will. You will have your heart broken probably more than once and it's harder every time. You'll break hearts too, so remember how it felt when yours was broken.
You'll cry because time is passing too fast, and you'll eventually lose someone you love. So take too many pictures, laugh too much, and love like you've never been hurt because every sixty seconds you spend upset is a minute of happiness you'll never get back.

I'm for government keeping out of it. Should be the business owner's choice. If the customers don't like smoking, they can choose to not go there. That, to me, is better than the government saying no business owners can allow smoking.

I enjoyed it when I was in California too, J4F, but I still think it shouldn't be mandated by the govt.

This was sent to me from an Anderson resident. It's very informative and very well written.
