After reading the story about the GM plant that the city accepted an offer on, I went back and looked at the cities website in more detail. I was shocked to see some of the properties listed for sale, including Lee's Inn, White River Fitness Club, and the old Junior Achievement building. I thought with the casino that Lee's Inn would be doing very well. As for the JA building, that is now Family Social Services Office. And I was really thinking that White River was doing really well.
