I do not think he has made a good choice on anyone he has selected....so far........not saying they are bad choices, just think he could have looked a little harder before doing so..

Give him a chance. I see some good appointments coming. Also believe the ones he has appointed are good choices. Give them a chance to work under Kris and see their results.
