Does anyone know how to get Pendleton prison without all the gargle and scrambling?

www.radioreference.com  Click on the RRDatabase button and click on state .In the upper right hand corner search Project Safe-T . You will see a list of frequencies on this system . If nothing has changed the prisons are on the freqs. listed under Pendleton . You will see the control channels ,those are the ones you hear the "gargle" on , and they change all the time . Just put all of the freqs. in your scanner and remember that you will have to lockout the control channels as a daily routine . This should allow you to hear the prison radio traffic . Hope this works for you .

You also need to have a digital trunking scanner.

These are the only ones on the market right now: http://www.scannermaster.com/Digital_Scanners_s/269.htm

Now if someone could get the 10 signals and codes for APD (which are a bit different from the state police) that would be great.
