I guess j.m. corporation has to start from square one on the Mallard Lake Landfill issue due to new zoning laws(they have to use current and not 1978)...that's good news in my opinion. A lot of money has been wasted and time. I am totally opposed to any landfill in Madison county especially so close to a school. Great work on the behalf of Tim Lanane! |

I just wish it were dead. What if they jump all the hurdles for today's landfill requirements? Won't they get another permit?
“If you treat an individual as he is, he will stay as he is; but if you treat him as if he were what he ought to be and could be, he will become what he ought to be and could be.” ~ Johann Wolfgang von Goethe
I certainly hope they never in life get a permit. We do not need a landfill here. I know several years ago someone on the east coast wanted to do a landfill and haul their garbage from PA to here and dump.
The jagoff behind the landfill needs to get a life and some common sense and realize that no one wants the landfill but him.
I think it would be a money maker for him Celtic.
I hear he's in his 80s and has told people he'll live to see it become a landfill.
