Well, I went away on vacation and missed the big fire. Isn't that just the luck...
I did make the car fire at 800S & SR 13, yesterday. That's almost the same, right?
If the car was as big as the tile building i guess so.

IDK, but I was told by one of Pendleton's Chief's "Boys, this is probably the biggest fire you'll ever go too."
Then another guy laughed and said "I've heard that before. Amacor fire."
Then my Uncle laughed and said "Yeah...I've heard it twice. First time when Anderson's firefighters were on strike and the city burnt...And the second time was AMACOR. Lets just not jinx it."
It really was amazing to see as we rolled in. We operated on the North Side...eatin' smoke.
Hats off to you guys, that large of a fire AFD needed all the help they could get i would think.
Had a very busy night last night. We caught 2 burglars breaking into a storage facility, caught 2 guys (after they ran from us) breaking into several cars and had a homicide to top it off. That's to go with the numerous other calls in between.
Forced entry to a house with a hand gun,,,, Crystal Street.
Hand gun was placed to the womans head, children still inside the house
Several units now arriving, woman said gunman ran from the house other two men jumped into a late 90's,, brown buick. One used the name "Mario"
Lady and children in the house are O.K.
Was two black guys with a hand gun in a brown buick. They got away and there is a perimeter set up to try and get them.
Lets hope they get these idiots.
They are in pursuit of the car,,, 38th and Clark st.
