I would have to guess that maybe they do not have a crime watch, or at least not a good one. I just don't understand why people do stuff to churches, I was raised to respect them, I do understand some don't believe in God, but that does not give them the right to disrepect churches.

What happened to raising our children to never disrespect other peoples property, to respect the elderly, to show respect when going to a funeral or when you see a funeral procession, and not to disrepect cemetaries.

Because they are total brats and the parents do not care where they are or what they are doing, as long as they are not in the parents hair.

Yes they do have a crime watch out there but seems someone is a sleep at the wheel. 

They need someone like you to give a swift kick in the rear to get it going again!

Thanks but no thanks, you are very kind to say that.  I have my hands full on this end of town.  I have been asked to come to some of the other meetings from 19th to Medowbrook and I am full up.  I hope they get it together.  I spoke with an APD officer today and he had not heard of the report so maybe it is not true.  Lets hope it is not.

Tons of traffic from the north part of the county, power lines down, trees down, & trees across the highway, electrical fires on the poles, power is out  in several parts of Anderson and north of Anderson.

Was it straight line winds? The scanner is so busy I cannot keep track of all of what they are saying.

I was wondering what all the sirens were. From where we were, it was just a bit windy and I couldn't figure out how bad it was elsewhere.

Also, the stop lights at Main and 23rd were out awhile ago. I'm assuming power is out in that block area.

Colts Fan, the church is still tagged from the last time. They have not replaced it this time and from what I understand, the security cameras only shows shadows so they could not see who it was.

I may call the church to see if they will let me take a look at the tape. I grew up in this neighborhood and I know the majority of the folks here. I would like to see if I can identify the kids in the tape.

No I didn't. We had crime watch meetings years ago but they seemed to slow down and we never had a problem out here until lately.
