Most of you know I am getting married soon, less than one month away actually.

Well, part of this ~~summer from hell~~ experience, has been finding a caterer. I have a story I would like to tell about my experience with one local caterer, but before I do that, I want it to pan out and see how things end up. Right now, it looks like Rudy Guiliani will be POTUS before I give them a good review, but I will give them the chance to make it right first.

Has anyone else had an experience with caterers in the area? How did it go for you?

_{Also, does anyone have experience with small claims court? =)}

Well I worked for a caterer for 15 years. More or less partners. It is a very hard business to be in, all about pleasing many different personality's. But it was a lot of fun and a lot of hell..lol The best part was when I catered my own children's weddings. They knew better than to yell at their caterer..lol Not only prepared the food I baked the cake. But seriously it all depends on your expectations of what you want. It can get expensive..I told my kids to elope..lol

I don't really know who is good around here anymore as I haven't moved on to just doing family partys and enjoying my family.

I know nothing about catering but I do have some practical marriage advice: You HAVE to help out around the house! For example, learn how to turn on the dishwasher¹, etc., or she will turn into a bitter old maid who hides your magazines! You're welcome!

¹ I've mastered this task . . . I get her drunk!!
