You don't have to remove the file sharing program from your computer to be safe, you just have to make sure that you only set your sharing folders to those files that you actually want to share across the internet. The alternate solution is to never store that information on your computer, instead, keep it on portable storage that can only be accessed when it is attached to your computer. I use a usb flash drive myself. :) |

Remember! Aspartame is a no-no. If you use sugar for anything at all, it should be beet rather than cane. Some people like blue agave as a sweetener instead, especially because it is natural, sweeter than sugar and lower on the glycemic index.
