Anybody in Favor of going back to the old fireworks laws
100% of all the officers working calls tonight
What are the old laws? I remember that we were not supposed to light off bottle rockets or firecrackers, don't remember the rest. The people behind me are now working on their third hour of fireworks, they did not even stop for the ones at the horsetrack.
As we grow up, we learn that even the one person that wasn't supposed to ever let you down probably will. You will have your heart broken probably more than once and it's harder every time. You'll break hearts too, so remember how it felt when yours was broken.
You'll cry because time is passing too fast, and you'll eventually lose someone you love. So take too many pictures, laugh too much, and love like you've never been hurt because every sixty seconds you spend upset is a minute of happiness you'll never get back.
Ahhh the good old days
Sparklers, snakes, smoke bombs (quiet ones just smoke) fountains & waterfalls "IF" a kid bought firecrackers on spring vac. in Fla or Ga. he only spent around $5.00 The neighborhood got to sleep, dogs wern't on downers, cows gave milk, and the chickens laid eggs on July 5th. 
What time are my nice neighbors supposed to quit lighting off fireworks? I would like to go to bed sometime tonight and they keep lighting them off. I know I need to learn to be a bit more appreciative, but come on anytime is enough.

I figured out how to get them to quit at 2am, I let my dogs out, they are small, but bark a lot! Pretty funny on my part. Hubby wanted to either go ask them to quit or call the police, I said neither, with all of the fighting I was afraid he would get hit, and the police had their hands full!

My poor pup won't even go out. I took her on a leash and as I was walking her in my own yard someone just set off a big noisy firework. A total waste at 12 in bright sunlight. Anyway any ideas how to get the dog to go. We rescued her when my daughter was stationed on Okinawa (USMC) and apparently bombs sounds do not bring back good memories.

They wouldn't even quit last night when we were on the structure fire. Didn't know what noises were fireworks, and what was in the house for a while.
