That's right Mrs Patoski,,,, Little Johnny Patoski will try to burn your house down. As well as all the little Johnny's all across this great land.

National fire records have always shown, a increase in number of structure fires in the month of July. Why? you ask.

Let me break it down, All year long Moms and Dads will keep matches and lighters away from their children. No normal parent would allow his  son or or daughter to play with fireUnless about a week before and a week after  the 4th of July. Then parents openly pass matches out to the children  of the house.

Not all those matches and lighters were returned to Moms and Dads. Some have been forgotten about in jacket pockets, & left out in the open in the garage.  Little Johnny finds them, and remembers the fun and excitement of playing with fire over the 4th. He knows if he get caught playing with fire he will get into trouble. So he hides in the garage, the shed, or his bedroom.

Thats right Mrs Patoski little Johnny will start a fire, & you will wonder why he would do such a thing, and where did he get the matches ?

Just out of curiosity, isn't burning stuff how a former Anderson resident started out, one that is no longer with us due to his actions about 20-24 years ago on 31st Street? (I am sure that some people that read this will know exactly who I am referring to) I am sure that is how the person I am referring to started out, then decided that was not enough excitement, so he had to "upgrade" the excitement.

As we grow up, we learn that even the one person that wasn't supposed to ever let you down probably will. You will have your heart broken probably more than once and it's harder every time. You'll break hearts too, so remember how it felt when yours was broken.

You'll cry because time is passing too fast, and you'll eventually lose someone you love. So take too many pictures, laugh too much, and love like you've never been hurt because every sixty seconds you spend upset is a minute of happiness you'll never get back.

My parents had just purchased a house that was close to that house, and I was a teenager back then, I was mowing the grass for the first time ever on a riding lawnmower, and my mom and her best friend thought I was going to hit the house (they were outside being nosey about the situation down the street), anyway, on the taped confession of that person you can hear my mom and her best friend screaming for me to stop. Some of the guys my mom knew from the FOP thought it was pretty funny!

The home on Wandering Way in Noblesville sustained major damage

NOBLESVILLE, Ind. (WISH) - A Noblesville family has lost their home to a destructive Fourth of July fire.

John Jones says his neighbors on Wandering Way had been setting off fireworks earlier Friday evening, in the cul-de-sac in front of their home.  Jones says that's what started the fire.  "There were still fireworks shooting out of the garage, the ones they did not set off that night, they were still shooting out."

The couple and their dogs got out safely, but their cat didn't make it.

Firefighters say the home is a total loss.  Neighbors are now pitching in to help the couple get back on their feet.  A sign has been set up in the driveway to collect donations.
