Ralph Reed Starts The Dump

I only studied nautical law,,, looks as if Landlubber Law might win the Mallard Lake landfill, in favor of the Reed family. If I'm correct,,, two weeks ago a new law was written that all Wantabee Dumps had to return to the county zoning board. This law goes into effect July 1, 2008. This weekend the Reed family started the operation of taking in materal to be dumped on the Reed property. Thus beating the new law deadline by 4 months. This could become very interesting,,,Hmmmm does your water have a funny taste?
