Here,Ye,,,, Here Ye, My fellow members of Congress, & Madam Chairman, I respectfully submit my expense voucher to the committee chair person. I don't see a need for a exteneded open debate,, about receiving payment for my world wide fact finding mission about learning more about the "Day dreams of the dragonfly" You will notice my expense voucher has a Cayman Island address,,, Please send the Check there,,, as not to add any extra work on our U.S.Postal Service.
