I was going to ask you who built the motor, but I saw the classified.   Not familiar with that company.   I haven't been involved with circle track for several years.     Used to help Ray Fullen when he was running Jay Marion's late model/ASA car.    Actually Ray had 2 ASA cars and Rick Rhonnemus(sp?) had two owned by Jay.     They ran Dillion chassis, Golden Motors from Gran Rapids, Mi.    That was back when they ran V-8's in one series and V-6's in the other series.     Ray won the V-6 Championship one year and Rick was second.

Then I worked p/t for ASA one summer.   That was fun.   Was fortunate to meet a few Cup drivers who would run ASA on an off weekend.

Long time since I had heard the name Rick Rhonnemus.  I enjoyed the ASA late models and the regular Saturday night Bobby Field and Vic Hellis.

I haven't seen him in several years.   He used to live in Desoto, n-e of Muncie.    A few of that era are still running a little.   I saw that Rick Turner and Bull Baker ran over at Winchester a few weeks ago.   Not sure who else.

As I posted in another group, Tag Hale is still tinkering with sprint cars.   I think someone said he's in his 80's.

Were you around when Pancho Carter and DW were running in some ASA events ?
