Valentines Day

I usually buy my husband and son a card, and a box of candy for each, and we will sit and eat heart shaped pancakes for breakfast, anyone else do silly things for Valentines Day?

Yes I give child from hell extra treats.
I give my dogs extra treats too!
I like to cut construction paper into all sizes of hearts. Then I like to scatter them all over hubby's desk and chair. I do it when he is asleep so he wakes up to a desk full of red construction paper hearts.

Should I have put this as a reminder for the guys on here that are in a relationship? It this coming Saturday, you only have a few more days.
This will be the second year I've not had myself a Valentine. My kids will be with their dad for the weekend. I think I will just sleep all day. It'll be a real treat for me....I'll love it. ;)
It really is just another day for me, but I always try to make it nice for everyone else. I usually send my grandparents a card too, but not sure if I am gonna make it to get one for them or not.
We always do cards and a small gift for each other and our girls. This year my in-laws want our girls for the afternoon since it is on a Saturday. Mrs teb and I will probably go shopping which will include a lot of hand holding and smiling(the romance is still there after over 20 years) at each other. If we can find a place that isn't too crowded we will enjoy a nice quiet dinner and then go pick up our girls. I love my sweethearts!

LAST YEAR MY SON BET ONE OF HIS BUDDYS I WOULD NTLET HIM KEEP THE XMAS TREE UP ALL YEAR.SOI SAID WHAT THE HEY OK I DID NEW YEARS,FEB 14,ST PATTY,4OF JULY,AND SO ON . GET RED PAPER AND CUT BIG AND HEARTS AND HANG THEM WITH THE SAME HOOKS YOU US AT XMAS .IT ALSO WORKS IF YOU DONT WANT OR DONT FEEL LIKE TAKING IT DOWN. BY THE WAY THE SON IS 31. I LIVE WITH HIM .
Nana ...we keep our tree up all year too. it is decorated for each holiday...even birthdays around here. some think I am crazy but I don't care. I like the lights and it is peaceful looking to me.
