Hubby and I got quite a bit done today in the yard, but we discovered two very odd holes in the backyard, no dirt around the holes, and the holes are actually big enough for my dogs (little dogs) to fall into, no clue what dug those holes, only thing we have noticed in our backyard are some very cute bunnies and squirrels.

Did my dad tell you that? That was his idea too. Hubby thought a bunny.

Bunnies only dig small holes to build a nest for their young. Squirrels dig bigger holes to bury their nuts. Skunks dig big holes to eat grubs and other things

So what do we do?
Is it on the side of a hill? It could be a fox's den.

Nope, my backyard is pretty flat, minus the two holes, my dad asked me if it were as big as a milk jug (gallon sz) and oh yeah if not a little bigger, I wanted to just fill it in, but I got voted down. I live in town if that helps.
MAYBE THE HOMELESS IS MOVING IN!!
I don't think that will happen!
