No photos at the moment, I am going to let the little thing calm down and get used to her new surroundings before I break out the camera (the flash might startle her).
Total you wasn't joking, these guinea pig things are alot of fun!
I woke up this morning & while only wearing my skivvies I fetched "Rose" (my daughter named her Rose) from her cage for a little snuggle time before anyone else woke up, I stopped at the refrigerator on my way to the couch and cut up a pepper for her to munch on, we get settled in on the couch with her on my chest, I put the piece of pepper next to her, of course she starts sniffing around looking for the pepper & then all of the sudden she bit down on my nipple! LOL!
She didn't bite me hard or anything, it was more of a tickle but I about laughed myself (and her) off of the couch! you should have seen the poor little thing & the piece of pepper bouncing up and down on my chest while I was laughing, it looked like she was in one of those inflatable bouncy houses!
Anyway that was a great start to the day, so far the dogs seem real curious but haven't really gone after her yet, but I wouldn't trust them not too if I wasn't there in the room with them, they absolutely love chasing birds & squirrels and stuff so they do have a pretty high prey instinct which will probably take some time to socialize them & the guinea pig.
Your guinea pig will bring you lots of happiness. I have always had a guinea pig in the house. Ours now is almost 3 years old and he is crazy. Give them lots of timothy hay and apples. Vitamin C is essential to the well being of your pig. Enjoy.
Congratulations!
They are so much fun,
I had some years ago when I was helping a friend though Winter at her pet store..
It is not length of life, but depth of life.

How a Man plays the game shows something of his character
How he loses shows all of it..
Very cute!

Momma,
They really are very cute & cuddley, I think they are alot more like a small rabbit, rather than akin to a large rat.
