Hot Doc is a Professor at Ball State University who resides in Anderson. I recently made a purchase of a few of his products and they are the bomb! So far, this is what I have tried.
* Hot Doc's Hot Sauce- Known to make grown men cry! (I still say I wan't crying T-M...I had something in my eye!)

I have bought several of Hot Doc's products - my brother is hooked. We use the Hot Sauce and the Sarah Seasoning. Dr. John Wallace is a really nice guy and went out of his way last year to get the products delivered to me in time for Christmas gifts.
Is any of his stuff Habenero pepper hot???

I read the site of wher ehe gets his stuff. I might or might not try it. I have good luck buying my stuff at the place in Pendleton on US 38 and State Road 67. Have not had an issue yet. Good prices and I have never lost a plant.
I think next year I may add even more pepper plants. I have it figured out now that if I grow a sweet banana pepper by a Habenero or Hot Hungarian the sweet has a bite to them.

The sauce Salmon Fan speaks of is good and Hot rusty.. Salmon was nice enough to offer me up some the the Hot Doc sauce and it is very good.. Heat Scoville is in the upper end.. The more heat you want the more sauce you could use..
Salmon don't give me to much credit..

I knew I would find your sorry little posterior on this one. I will be purchasing me some of this stuff. The place he buys the plants is a little far out of the way. Also I have good luck where I get them.

My favorite "eatin'" hot sauce is West Indies Creole; a tasty blend of spices-- real good where you want the taste of the sauce to come thru. Probably not hot enuff for the other 2 Amigos, but about right for us normal folks. In cooking, I use a lot of Crystal Extra Hot; I get it down at Strong's on West 8th St.
I like Stubbs' BBQ sauce.
