Well, that's pretty normal, the way I reckon.

My favorite "eatin'" hot sauce is West Indies Creole; a tasty blend of spices-- real good where you want the taste of the sauce to come thru. Probably not hot enuff for the other 2 Amigos, but about right for us normal folks. In cooking, I use a lot of Crystal Extra Hot; I get it down at Strong's on West 8th St.
I like Stubbs' BBQ sauce.
Does that put me back in the Normal category ..?
