Hot Doc is a Professor at Ball State University who resides in Anderson. I recently made a purchase of a few of his products and they are the bomb! So far, this is what I have tried.

* Hot Doc's Hot Sauce- Known to make grown men cry! (I still say I wan't crying T-M...I had something in my eye!)

Hot Doc's BBQ Sauce-Some Call it Hot  (like mother's milk!)

You are Welcome.. in fact I had a bit of the Hot Docs Sauce Tonight on some Meatloaf.. It really was pretty good on it... I Did Like it on some Smoked Sausage we had the other day with Sour Kraut .. & of course the Onion Burgers we made on the grill...

Anyone that enjoys a bit of Flame with food has good to try this stuff.. 

I am going to hold out judgement until somebody else that is above 4 feet tall says this is so.  You can not trust fidgets.

I made Salmon's "Angry Sloppy Joes" last night for dinner. Just added a couple of tablespoons of Hot Doc's Sauce......yee haw!! Talk about Good Eats!!

Now, that would be truly "Angry Sloppy Joes"  with some of that Hot Docs Sauce..I'm having some Roast beef tonight..

Going to use a bit of the Dehydrated "Wow Hot Hab'e Lethal Sprinkle Powder" And a dab of the Hot Docs Sauce...If you don't hear from me for awhile.. I may be in the smallest room in my house Screaming for help.. lol.. Oh, God Why do we do this to ourselves..

I am sorry that i did not mention the addictive side of this habbit.
