This is a very useful option on a home network.  I can be in my bedroom on my laptop and connect to my desktop if I need to do a little work there, but also want access to things that are running on my laptop.  The only drawback I find is that once you are remotely connected to another computer, no one else can log onto it.  Right now, I have only my desktop computer hooked up and running in my house, with my laptop networked via the dsl modem/router. In order for me to use the remote connection, the kids will have to be denied access to the only other running computer.  For me this is a problem.  I want to be able to let them use it, but I also want to be able to access more than JUST the harddrive through the Network feature, while they are.

Are there any of you who use the remote connection who also run into this problem? Would you consider this a big enough issue to suggest to Microsoft during their next rollout of Windows, to modify this so that a remote desktop connection can be used at the same time that someone else is logged into their own desktop?   I'm considering suggesting it to Microsoft during our next beta testing. I don't expect it to be implemented...but I would not mind wasting my time if I knew others find it an inconvenience as well.
