Help me with my phone!

First off, the hardest thing about starting a new thread is deciding where to post it! OK, I have an Envy2 from Verizon. Somehow I changed my ringtone to where the phone speaks. For instance "Call from home" or "Message from Sally". OK, that was great for awhile, but now I am ready to go back to my other ringtones, but now I can't remember how I did it and can't find it anywhere. Does anyone know what I did and how to fix it? Thanks.

OK, I have been trying to figure this out for a week. My son and I both working on it. As soon as I posted this, I found it.
If anyone cares...its under phone settings, call alerts, then ring only.

Sometimes I forget myself and speak as a parent only, a parent who loves and protects and is very bias toward my children.Go to menu...settings & tools, sound settings, and then to call sounds. You should be able to fix it from there.
Yea, that is what I thought. Nope. All the ringtones I had already set were still in there, still in effect, but no way to end the speaking phone.
Perhaps I have learned my lesson, stop messing with stuff.

Is there anyone on here that worked at the call center ACS this last year? My daughter did, and hasn't received her W-2 yet and is sure it has been returned to them and can't wait for a new one to be issued, and can't inform them of her change of address. She’s been on the phone all day trying to get a hold of them and just gets redirected to people that have no clue about how to assist her. I need the Federal employer identification number for ACS so I can attempt to see if turbo tax will automatically fill in the W2 info for her.
Has anyone gotten a W2 from ACS and can give me that number? PM if so. Thanks.
