In need of a online poll

I am in bad need of a way to put a online poll on a website and have it where you can write in a answer.I am organizing a top 20 of something and the problem is right now coming up with the top 20 or more for people to vote on ..it is gonna boil down to the top ten or maybe 5 being the final being announced weekly.Thanks in advance and sorry for holding back details,I don't want them to be announced,kinda relies on me getting things together before that can happen,thanks
