I don't know enough about the legailties to say anything. I can bet that a civil case though would be an easy win.

Tech related since it explores the misuse of MYSPACE. It's a lose affiliation but it is the best thing we have going here.

i thought it was interesting because it was a case where an online 'troll' caused real world harm. food for thought type of thing.
what section would you put it in CC? heh. i don't like the way they're set-up to be honest. i threw them together in a few hours after Sippy emailed me and said it was kinda lifeless (the forum!)
Oh I don't know. Perhaps a forum area devoted to the stupidity of people and the harm they can unwittingly do.
