Mi Taqueria

There is a new restaurant in town called Mi Taqueria. They are located at 21 West 38th Street. They opened at 4:30 today and the Grand Opening will be March 16th. They have a partial menu now but will add items in time for the grand opening. This is not a full review since I was just driving by and noticed the $1.00 taco offer on the sign. I ordered two chicken and two beef and they were very good. They serve their tacos with cilantro and onion on them with lettuce and tomato available for no extra charge. They are just getting their business started and I told them if the tacos were good I would mention them on AFP. They don't have a drive up but stop in and pick up a menu and call your order in to 393-0922(local number). You can then drive up to the window on the east side and pick up your order. “I think of life as a good book. The further you get into it, the more it begins to make sense.”

oh this is so funny. I drive by there nearly every morning after I drop 17 off at school, and I'm so focused on catching the light with a green arrow, I don't take stock of my surroundings. I've not even noticed this place.
I miss the Penguin Point being there. When I was a kid, we used to go to the one in Marion all the time (I lived in Upland and whenever we 'went to town', it was Marion). I was happy to discover the one in Anderson and went there several times for the Tenderloin. I don't think I'll check this place out, my kids are big fans of Taco Bell.
hmmmmmmmmmm...seems that is similar to the name of the place that is front of me......the one in front of me is only open thursday thru sundays.....but then they are not always open on those days. They are really good though...you guys should try it...

HELLO WE HAVE A NEW CHINESE RESTAURANT HERE IN CHESTERFIELD MY SON AND BROTHER SAYS THAT IT'S GOOD ALSO PRICE WELL IT'S ON ST 32 EAST OF TOWN.I HOPE YOU GO AND ENJOY LIKE THEY DID.
This is just down from where I work...will have to check it out for lunch one day soon. (hmm, maybe they will send invites to the grand opening ot neighborhood businesses...)

Sometimes I forget myself and speak as a parent only, a parent who loves and protects and is very bias toward my children.We tried that Chinese in Chesterfield in was really pretty good.. The young girl that works there at that one said it is her store, she is the same girl that worked at the one that was located West of Steak & Shake & White Castle off Scatterfield Rd. in the shopping complex..
Our girls like Tacos so we will have to try this new one out..
