Drunk and suspended drivers

Just heard on scanner report of driver with 3 prior suspensions. Think it would be good idea to set up a criteria that once met their vehicle would be confiscated. Add to that if friend let them drive their vehicle would be subject to the same fate. It was a travesty and waste of court time with the Virldeen Redmon case. There are many suspensions here in Madison county but, they are treated as suggestions, not, the law. sounds all good and looks good on paper...but I don't think it will ever work. There are so many ways for them to get a vehicle if they want to drive bad enough.

Understand all that but each time they were caught after final ruling the car they were driving would be taken. I'm sure it would take a while but eventually dumb a$$es would get it. And another selling point-scooter sale would skyrocket and for those less fortunate their health would improve from riding bike or walking. LOL
