OK, I am going to start writing this tonight, to get it off my chest. However, I dont want to say a whole lot until I can talk to JAG on Monday. As some know my brother is fighting for our Freedom. He has rented a house from a lady the whole time he has been gone. Drama here , Drama there. Anyway, I have noticed that many jars of coins has came up missing from his house, but I cant tell that it has been broken into. Anyway, my brother being the person he is was like do big deal. Now, I received a letter today stating we have unil November 30, 2009 to get his stuff out of this house. WHAT??????? I would like for him to move as I suggested from the get go when he left, but he didnt want to be left homeless as to speak. He wanted something to call home. Now this. My understanding she cant do this, but I will find out. If they dont do nothing I may have to call the news media??? Any ideas, suggestions, extra Crown............................................

Tell your brother that I thank him for his service. I appreciate that he is doing what he can to protect my right to live the way I do.

Unless if his lease is up or if he has not paid his rent then I would not see how they could do that. Good luck!

Wel, his lease is up, but she has waited 11 months. Imagine... Anyway, we will see, mean time, I am trying to keep an eye out for a house for him to BUY! This woman charged 650.00 a month, at one time she even had the nerve to tell me it looked like a storage unit.WTF
Did his lease just end or was it a few months ago that it was up. I fhis lease is up and the landlord did not receive any funds they can change the locks and sell everything in the house. If your brother told the landlord that he was called to service there are other options. It is law that you can not do this stuff to our boys and girls in uniform.
If need be I can check at work it is alot about notification. Not sure particulars but if need be I can find them out.

Yes, she knows he was called to duty. Yes, she has recieved her rent payment, and sometimes a little early. I am calling JAG to see what insight they can give. If need be I may call the news and might even ask some of you guys to also, kinda give them a shove, but first I want to give our Military a voice to tell me what I can and cant do. About every three months this lady throws out some new drama.
Jethrono, check your IM also I think Braveheart or Namvetmike could also help. A person in your childs situation should not have to deal with this.
