a few months ago i started taking this just one time a day because i can not afford to take it two times a day i take the 2000 mg one in capsules. i have noticed i dont hurt as bad in my knees. i dont no if this is just in my head but it is helping lot. has anyone here took if and has it helped you? today i got up cleaned kitchen all up even washed down stove and ran carpet cleaner on all my rugs down stairs . sweept dinning room . i have never been able to do this much at one time since my knees went out on me. the picture you see was took before i got sick and beat cancer. i now look like crap

Either he thinks he's freakin' God or he thinks I am. Either way, I'm about to get a cheap, perverse thrill out of crushing his entire belief system.
I take a product that has that in it. I have went from chronic back pain to hardly any pain at all. Only when I over do it do I have pain but than it is gone the next day.
i am walking now without a cane to. if it is all in my head then that's fine to.i think this is working for me. best test will be this winter.

I've got "it" in my shoulder "and back" if the barn work stacks up,, & sometimes after fishing.
DO not be blaming fishing on an older person's shoulder. Tough it out Marine

i got mine at walgreens it was 29 for 100 capsules i think wal mart is cheaper but on contains it has something else in it to so dont no if it is better or worse.

The horse nudged my shoulder yesterday after cleaning out the barn,,,,,I thought I was going to have to call for a Corpsman to cart me to sickbay.
