An inspiring video about a grocery store bagger with Down Syndrome who changed the company culture and created customer loyalty by providing service from the heart. If the enemy is in range, so are you. |

Bravo Braveheart,
You Brought a Small Tear to My Eye..
Great video BH and so true. Wish I had him at my store where I shop.
BH, that was great! It sure could be practiced in all walks of life. Pay attention to folks, smile at them and speak to them. We all seem too detached these days.
I had a nice experience at Meijer's today. Gal that checked me out bagged the stuff quite nicely and I complimented her on it. Made both of us feel good.
The value of persistent prayer is not that he will hear us . . . but that we will finally hear him. —William McGill
It did bring a tear to my eye. That is awesome.
I do not tarnish my word. It is the only thing that is truly only mine.
Proving once again that attitude, heart and desire trump 'smarts' and can change the way we look at the world. Thank you for posting this wonderful video!!

Thank you Braveheart for posting this video, One of the Marsh stores in Indianapolis had a kid like this he was always so much fun to talk to and he would always remember me when I went in the store to do my job.
